DIY Programs vary between 4, 5, 6-week plans depending on which one you get. They are available as downloadable/ printable materials, and resources with links). When you purchase a DIY Program you will be added to the associated Group and Forum for you to ask questions, get answers, and connect with other paddlers.

Add Video Series or DIY Programs
The Video Series and DIY Programs are one time purchases with lifetime access and go hand in hand with your membership with Groups and Forum exclusively for those in each program. Of course this is all in addition to everything you already get in your Plan Membership too!
Choose one or more series, including: SUP Fundamentals (How to Paddle); SUP Stroke Drills, Turns, and Advanced Techniques; and SUP Racing
The DIY Programs include: 6-Week Couch to Paddler Program, 5-Week Couch to 5k SUP Race Program, 6-Week Strength Training Programs - for beginners, and intermediate to advanced paddlers for both in-season and off-season, Corrective Exercise Programs for pain/injury prevention and weaknesses, and a Mobility Program.
1-1 and Custom Services
Video analysis, and 1-1 coaching is available virtually. Members get these services at a special rate and priority scheduling.
In-Person Events
The Integrative SUP Coaching Platform pairs perfectly with our in-person events and services. From Lessons and Coaching Sessions to Fusion Retreats, SUP Training Camps and Clinics. Whether you attend an event first then join the Platform and Programs or become a member then attend an event you will get even more out of your SUP experience!
